  If you find a bug in the game, use the BUG command to report it to the
  powers.  If you find a bug, and exploit it to give yourself an advantage in
  the game WITHOUT reporting it, it will be regarded as cheating, and
  appropriate action will be taken.  So, report those bugs, and who knows...?
  There might be a little something in it for those of you who do report them.
